honestly,

2009 was not my best year.

-lost alot of friendships

-had my heart cracked (not broken) a few times

-alot of things changed

-gained alot of weight

-been lonely alot of the time

-85% of the time i was thinking 'i need to get out of here.' 'i hate this.' 'i need a new start' ect.

so heres to 2010!!

lets make it a good one.

1. high school graduation & matc graduation

2. sunshine tournament

3. festival of colors

4. the rezervoir

5. stadium of fire

6. palisades trip

7. harry potter 6 (even if they ruined it)

8. turning eighteen

9. concerts

10. starting subway annnnd quitting subway

7 random facts about me.

1. i sing WAY too much.

2. new moon. jacob. edward. (need i say more?)

3. lake powell is one of my favorite places.

4. i love my job. but it STRESSES me out. (i work in a docs office. not a hospital. but this is one of my fav shows so i wanted to put this picture)

5. i secretely (i guess not so secret anymore) love hannah montana/ miley cyruss music. i have a more in depth reason of why i love her old stuff but that would take to long to get into!

6. im obsessed with going to 80's parties.

7. my car runs on natural gas.

huge let down.

AHHH.

i just spent almost four hours finishing this book because i had to. i couldnt take the suspense.

and it had the worst ending ever! (well to me) and i dont know about you but i dislike books like that greatly. then i got this spark of hope because there is a second buuuut i read the back and little things here and there and realized that it would not include in that second book any of the things i was so angry about.

books with endings like this make me feel horrible.

im distraught.

a book a day keeps the boredom away.

i'm currently addicted to a book right now. cant write long.

this is my cousin brantley. it wasnt taken on christmas, but because he is one of the cutest babies ever i figured it would be ok :)

getting woken up and dragged upstairs at eight o clock in the morning.

oh the christmas memories. at least it wasnt six o clock this year!

so this year, santa gave me: the jeans above, scrubs seasons, house seasons, a world map and a few other odds and ends.
my christmas eve was pretty awesome. my family is so crazy and loud. on both sides.
the holidays are really the best time of year. thats for sure. well besides summer of course.

we were putting up christmas decorations at my house last night and i found this box full of these well, things.

i asked what they were and my mom said "pickled people."

she told me how she made these the first year her and my dad were married cause they didnt have any christmas ornaments.

i just thought they were the funniest things. cause she took the time to make all of them :)

this little guy is another one of my moms many decorations.

my dad hung it above our table and actually thought it was cute hahah.

i dunno why but last night i found it hilarious!
